Still healthy

If you recall, I had undertaken an exercise to cultivate my own Starter. This 12 hour Starter takes up quite a bit of time & inconvenience maintaining it. Even more for me as I do all my baking in my Mum's kitchen!!

*Erm, I just realize that I have yet to catch up with the post of my 7 day Starter. Will update soon enough.*

To be honest, since my last use to bake WildYeast's sourdough, I nearly 'lost' it but managed *thankfully* to revive it. Otherwise, would have been kicking myself!!

I am happy to announce that it is still 'alive & kicking'!! As you can tell from the pictures below.

11 days after the first mix and gathering of wild yeast.
Was pleasantly happy to see that it rose up so high!!

Bubbles is always a good sign that it is alive and breathing!! ha ha

If anyone is keen to make sourdough breads or wish to adopt this Starter (as I have to throw out some away anyway, twice a day some more) please let me know but need to pick up yourself ok!! ;)

Currently, I am maintaining this baby at 1:1:1 ratio of 50g each.
