Yes I think I got the baker's bug. Invested in these these babies over the weekend.
If anyone is new to baking bread, I would highly recommend these books. They come with a DVD which shows how to fold and prepare the bread. Very useful especially if you can't translate words into effective imagination! The other great thing I absolutely love about the book is that it comes with good graphic step-by-step pictures guides. Also each recipe comes with a photo. I prefer cook/bake/recipe books with LOTS OF pictures of the end product. It is so much more inspirational and fantastic book to flip through before sleeping. I find flipping cook books very calming, only downside is that one can get very hungry, drooling over the pictures. Slurp....Ha ha...now you know what I dream about everynight!!!
