RB's pizza

Master Prince asked me whether I could make pizza for him. Seizing the opportunity, I decided to try a recipe from Bertinet.

Viola....RB's pizza.

His recipe yield 2 pizza's for me.

A good alternative to the normal pizza base recipe I normally use.

Master Prince's slice of heaven!!

My family love pizzas. We especially love pizza's from Australia, brimming with ingredients and well, lots of ham. There is a vast community of Italians in Australia contributing to a number of good eateries churning higher standard of pizzas!! Ha ha...so back here in KL, we prefer homemade pizza compared to those commercial ones like Pizzahut, Domino or Canadian pizza. Somehow the latter is far lacking in taste and not that cheap either. Would highly recommend that if you like pizza its certainly well worth the effort to make them your own; a tiny bit effort required but well worth the reward at the end. :) Trust me on this one!!

Personally, I feel that RB's dough recipe is quite sticky and wet. I understand that he uses higher ratio of water to flour as that aids his technique for folding the dough to trap more air into the dough. I try to reason that perhaps it is due to the humid weather I've experienced while using his recipe or perhaps its a different continent so need to adjust the recipe accordingly but that will change the make and the final product??! Hm, need to read up more I'd guess.
