Third time success

I had another go on the banana bread recipe by myself this time since we all enjoyed it so much. Unfortunately, my cake ended up being very dense (like kueh), flour not properly incorporated and a big "NO-NO" from my family. SOB!! Perhaps I was rushing that evening *console self, pat-pat....sniff. Ego very bruised!!*

It was very fragrant though....but ended up in the bin.

As you may recall the first recipe was made by Master Prince. I was convinced that he ALONE had the magic touch required and so I enlisted his skills again. This time, it was even more fluffy and rose much higher than before. Breaths sigh of relief!

Added raisins (as I ran out of dates) and choc-chips. It was a wise combination as it tasted fantastic!!

Master Prince, indeed you have the 'midas' touch....I knight thee Master Baker. All hail and bow to another yummy slice of cake. So, when will you be baking this again???
