Chicken patties

Just love these little gems. Lovely eaten as is or dipped with chilli sauce. In fact, I have a confession to make, while M fries these babies, especially if I catch whiff their aroma floating from the kitchen, I normally pinch a few grab handfuls and end up quite stuffed before dinner time. So to cover any obvious big holes/gaps, my mum would usually ensure she makes a big batch or garnish the plate with cucumber!


Can use chicken or pork mince seasoned and then dipped in egg mixture before frying them.

As a variation, M decided to added some diced ham for the extra flavour.

Personally, while I do agree that the ham enhances the flavour, I am happy with the 'plain' mince patties - simple and yet tasty. Afterall once you dip it with sauce, makes no big difference *IMHO*.

Side note - Instead of 'extra' ham, add lots of chopped corriander, much more fragrant and tastier.
