This was M's attempt at chicken rice, minus the claypot. Would have been just fantastic if it was cooked over hot charcoals. I just love those cruchy bits that get stuck to the bottom of the claypot.

Placed cooked the meat and mushroom over steamed rice and cover until ready to serve.
Quickly get everyone ready for dinner.
Stir in the chicken mix quickly and evenly.
Mix well to ensure all the rice are evenly coated and flavoured.
Finally....a plate full of mum's love, yummy till the last grain. Thanks M!!
P.S. Pity the Tefal pot didn't allow the rice to burn at the bottom. :)
