Sad to say, not much bento-ing this weekend as we had a few celebratory dinners. Tis the season to drink, indulge, be merry and happy right??? :) *yup the pants are already feeling a little tight*
Bento #50
Quick bento breakfast - A roll with butter (Master Prince really likes them), some grapes and strawberry rollers. I wasn't sure what to do with a roll so decided to snip some ears (45 degrees and added seaweed for extra look). I'm not sure what it is exactly except it is a poor attempt at an animal, maybe the closest I could think of is a rabbit? What do you think??Bento #49Lunch bento - Xmas theme on my mind. Thought I had better get it out of my system before the season ends.
I didn't do a proper job as I had a LOT of difficulty getting the cheese to stick onto the sausage. Took me a LONG time until Master Prince complained that he was hungry.
Anyway, here is what was boxed - pan fried xmas tree bread, endamame, sausage Santa, snowman quail egg, broccoli and extras. He said he couldn't see the Santa either but ate everything because he was so hungry waiting for me to finish up, sigh!!
Bento #48
Dinner bento - A 'gift wrapped' ham sandwich, endamame, mayonnaise in a small container, grapes (again :) ), broccoli wrapped in fish paste and extra ham slices.
