Had it all planned as 'Long-ears' before Master Prince decided to be a little naughty and munched on one of the ears before I could finish. *shout, cry, grumble* No choice, trimmed the ears down a little....hm, maybe I should have left it as 'Lopsided' instead, sigh!Initially made tea quail eggs but the signature crack imprints on the egg were not sufficiently obvious as it was only simmered in soya sauce for a few minutes. Decided since the colour was neither here nor there, changed to pink with help of a little colouring.
In the bento is a some fried garlic (leftover) rice with some stir fried spinach, leftover char siew pork slices, some sliced carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, fried bean curd with wolfberries and quail egg.
