In actual fact, school started yesterday but been glued to the TV (yep, getting overstrained KDS eyes) and didn't manage to update this bento last week.
Made this simple bento to celebrate school holidays (last week).
In this bento is a jam sandwich with some plums, strawberries, cherry tomatoes and blueberries. Faces and words are made out of cheese cut outs.

This one is so pretty with the fruit section and the happy kiddos!
Watch out for KDS eyestrain ;)Take a couple minutes break every hour!
Cutie! I like the fonts and fruits section on the top. Did you freehand cut those fonts?
sheri, sometimes even difficult to take a pee break becos its too interesting, ha ha. Trying to limit it or just finish the series fast then won't get so distracted.
Lia Chen, used alphabet cookie cutters but couldn't find my 'H' and 'T' - fortunately these were the easiest to cut.
Cute faces! Happy for school holiday yeah! :)
What is the baran that you use for the fruit section? Is it some kind of vege?
Looks really good! I bet this was an exciting reminder come lunch time :o)
CUte bento!!! I love the happy kids now that schools out! :D
Tks KDW - romaine lettuce was used, one of the less 'frilly' ones.
