Master Prince loves pancakes as much as he loves waffles.
He loves to help me prepare the batter and also flip them on the pan.
But what he really loves MOST is eating them with butter and maple syrup!
Needless to say, he can eat quite a fair amount of pancakes (especially since I make them mini-sized!).
Recipe
3 cups plain flour
1.5 tbsp caster sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup milk

- Mix the dry ingredients and set aside.
- Whisk the wet ingredients and then add in dry ingredients. Mix until batter is smooth without any lumps.
- Heat pan with a little oil or butter. Pour spoonfuls of batter into pan.

- As soon as many bubbles appear on the pancake, flip it over and cook for another 2 min or until light golden brown.
- Repeat until all the batter is used up.

Agnes, I'm sure your daughter will also like pancakes - even eaten without any butter and syrup, still taste nice. :)
