
You may not know this but I've had a long dissapointing battle with ginger snaps. Yup, you read right. While I am pleased with the taste of my snaps, I've always had trouble of getting consistent signature cracks on top.
Haha...finally solved the 'mystery'. The tip is to make sure the dough is well chilled before baking. Needless to say, I'm super pleased to finally solve this.
