We were around Shah Alam over the weekend. DH wanted to take us to eat a yummy special duck dish but unfortunately there was none as it was a public holiday. Tired and hungry we decided to stay for lunch anway. Since MP was with us, we didn't order anything spicy. I'm told the Assam and Curry Fish are pretty good too.

House speciality fried tau foo.
Teochew fish cooked in some tomatoes, preserved vegetables, a little chili padi and ginger.
This is what we came for - another house speciality.....Yam Duck. Was rather dissapointed I didn't get to taste it especially after hearing DH's raves about how good it is.
Another popular dish - Assam Fish.
Also good is the Curry Fish.Guess MP and I will have to come back here and taste for ourselves whether the Yam Duck is as good as DH raves!!
psst....this place is actually quite popular. A few renowed local MPs have eaten here before (pictures in the menu)! Guess if want to complain or voice your opinions to a member of parliament, this could be a good place to ambush them!! Lolz
