Spicy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds


Been wanting to try this out for a very long time.

Its VERY EASY to make this healthy snack.


All you need is some pumpkin seeds, olive oil, sweet paprika, pinch of cayenne pepper, coarse sea-salt and a little black pepper. Mix them all up on a tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 170C degrees for about 10 min or until slightly brown.

Make your own 'concoction' and personalize it to suit your taste with whatever you like!! Otherwise, if you prefer it on a safer and plain side - a little salt and butter/oil will suffice.
